Physical Products Physical products purchased from Mind Your Higher Ground LLC may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that all returns of physical products are subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which may vary depending on the specific product. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mindyourhigherground.com. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process any applicable refund, minus the restocking fee.
Digital Products All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We recommend reaching out to our support team with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure that the product aligns with your needs. While we make every effort to ensure ongoing access to digital products, access cannot be guaranteed beyond six months from the date of purchase. We encourage you to download and make full use of your materials within this timeframe. Should you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your digital products, please contact us for assistance at support@mindyourhigherground.com.
Coaching Services Coaching services are non-refundable. We believe in the value of commitment and investment to personal growth, both of which are essential for achieving transformative results. If you are not ready to begin after purchasing a group coaching package or a 1:1 coaching package, you may have the option to delay your sessions according to the time periods specified for each service.
1:1 Coaching Packages 1:1 coaching packages are valid for the following time periods based on the package purchased:
5-Session Package: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
8-Session Package: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
12-Session Package: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
To maintain eligibility for your 1:1 coaching package, your first coaching session must be scheduled and completed within the specified validity period. For example, if you purchase a 5-session package on October 1st, your first session must be scheduled for no later than February 1st of the following year. If sessions are not initiated within the designated time, the package will expire, and no refunds will be issued.
Group Coaching Packages – RISE to Higher Ground Program For those enrolled in the RISE to Higher Ground group coaching program: If you are unable to participate in group coaching during the scheduled cohort timeframe, you may defer your participation to the next available cohort within the same calendar year. Please contact us to arrange deferral as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to the next cohort.
Coaching Compatibility We strive to provide a supportive and effective coaching experience. However, we understand that sometimes the coaching relationship may not be the right fit. In certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both parties to respectfully part ways. In this instance , if you were on a payment plan, you may request to stop future payments. Please note that any payments made prior to this request or if plans are paid upfront they are non-refundable.
Payment Authorization and Commitment By submitting a deposit or full program payment, you authorize Mind Your Higher Ground LLC to process your payment. Upon acceptance into the program, you are responsible for the full payment of program fees. No refunds will be issued once your application has been approved, and all scheduled payments must be made on time.
For 1:1 coaching sessions, please arrive punctually. If you are late to your appointment, the session time will be reduced accordingly, and if you do not show up, the session fee will be charged in full. In turn, we commit to honoring all scheduled appointments and will strive to be punctual.
Payments and Payment Plans Mind Your Higher Ground offers payment plans tailored to the duration of your chosen package. Extensions beyond the program’s standard duration may be granted on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline extension requests. Please ensure that your payment plan aligns with your financial commitments to the program.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. If your payment method lapses, we will contact you and provide a 7-day grace period to update your information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of program access, and your account may be referred to a collections agency if services were already rendered.
Lapsed Services If you purchase coaching services but do not schedule your initial session within the specified time frame, any payments made will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
